About GoshenOrphanage

Goshen Orphanage was founded by Rev [Mrs] Olubunmi Alaka, a dedicated NHS Health Visitor whose professional experience working with mothers, children, and families revealed the urgent need for comprehensive care for Nigeria's most vulnerable children. As a legally registered orphanage in Nigeria, we operate with full governmental recognition and oversight, ensuring accountability and compliance with child welfare standards.

Our Causes

We primarily serve children between birth and 10 years of age, recognizing that this represents the most critical period for establishing security, attachment, and foundational development. Children under five require specialised care including medical attention, early childhood development programs, and intensive nurturing support—all of which we are prepared to provide.
